With his detailed and progressive approach to training, David Migliore has helped improve athletic performance for many athletes in sports such as soccer, baseball, football, lacrosse, basketball, tennis, volleyball and softball. Many of his athletes have moved on to the collegiate level and have excelled at their sport. His passion is teaching young athletes the fundamentals of athleticism which leads to keeping them injury free. David follows the same training approach for adults who choose to remain active and want to live a healthier life. Using cutting edge methods, David has designed training programs specific to the athlete’s sport and injury risk factors.
