To support our mission, and as a mobile version of our Pullman Yard model, Atlanta ContactPoint hosts PLAY DAY throughout the year at local city parks. PLAY DAY is a free, fun-filled day of sports, fitness, nutrition, education, arts, and sustainable initiatives where local coaches and organizations come together to facilitate activities, drills and games for various sports. Everyone is invited to join the fun.
In 2014, ACP is teaming up with the Atlanta BelLine, City of Atlanta, and Park Pride to bring more PLAY DAYS around the city. In 2013 we partnered with over 100 organizations and coaches to promote the power of PLAY and the importance of eating right! Check back soon for our 2014 schedule….

PLAY DAY is a mini version of Atlanta ContactPoint’s overall model for a multi-sport and trans-disciplinary complex at the Pullman Yard, located in the heart of Atlanta.
Our completed 2103 PLAY DAY events already engaged communities in: Bessie Branham Park, Coan Park, and Grant Park, Candler Park, H4W Skate Park (Atlanta BeltLine), and Piedmont Park.
We are currently designing and developing in collaboration with ETIKA the 2014 PLAY DAY calendar, with integrated and interdisciplinary community-engagement initiatives, culminating into a fun, free day of sports, fitness, performing arts, nutrition and social awareness.
